We recommend taking some measurements to be sure that your new furniture can be delivered through all entryways, elevators, and stairways. You should measure the following things (where applicable): the height and width of doorways, elevator doors and interiors, entryways, and headroom in stairways. You should also consider what is beyond these points. For example, are there low hanging light fixtures, low ceilings heights, decorative moldings, banisters / handrails, perpendicular walls, or any other obstacle that may pose a problem during delivery.
